Upon receipt of a valid revocation request, we shall acknowledge the request within seven (7) Business Days and cease processing your personal data unless required to retain it under applicable laws. In such cases, personal data may be retained for compliance with legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, regulatory requirements, or protection against legal claims. Once no longer required for such purposes, the data shall be securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with industry standards.

3.1. When you register on Sports ID, we may collect and process personal data, including your name, date of birth, gender, nationality, government-issued identification (such as Aadhar, Passport), proof of address, and contact details. Biometric data, such as fingerprints or facial recognition, may be collected for age and identity verification. Sporting credentials, including tournament participation history, performance statistics, achievements, certifications, and affiliations with sports teams, academies, and organizations, may also be processed. For purposes of collecting and processing personal data in cases of minors (i.e., players below the age of 18 years), we may collect contact details and proof of identity of a Parent/Legal Guardian for verification and consent purposes.

3.2. The data collected by us is used to authenticate user identity, age, facilitate participation in sporting events, training programs, and talent identification initiatives, maintain and update performance records, verify credentials and affiliations, and improve the Platform’s features to provide a personalized experience.

3.3. Please note that all information is collected based on your informed and explicit consent.

3.4. These Privacy Policy terms may be periodically reviewed and revised. The revised terms shall be uploaded on the Platform and shall reflect the modified date of the terms.

4. HOW THE COLLECTED INFORMATION IS UTILIZED

4.1. The personal information that you are asked to provide may be used for the following purposes:

  • Administration of the Platform.
  • To improve and enhance the Platform based on your preferences and usage in order to constantly better your browsing and user experience.

You retain the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us or by unsubscribing from such communications.
  • To verify your identity, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with the Platform’s Terms, Policies, and applicable laws.
  • To address and resolve any inquiries or complaints you submit through the Platform.
  • To uphold the security of the Platform and implement measures to detect and prevent fraudulent activities in line with the Platform’s Policies.
  • To facilitate your access to and use of the services offered on the Platform.
  • To monitor compliance with the Platform’s Terms and Conditions/Policies and applicable laws and regulations.

Your personal data may be shared with third-party service providers for authentication, identity verification, KYC compliance, biometric data processing, background verification, and other necessary compliance-related services. We reserve the right to conduct security reviews at any time through modes including but not limited to KYC, VKYC verification processes, to verify your identity, age, registration details, and usage of the services provided on our Platform for compliance with our Terms and Conditions and applicable laws.

4.4. By accessing and using our Platform, you consent to our employees, agents, and/or service providers using and disclosing that information which is required to be divulged to third parties due to the necessity to validate the information provided.
